A Parent's Seat

I found myself teaching my own children at the kitchen table, because the system meant to educate them wasn't adapting to who they actually were. That was the first time I felt it from the other side — the frustration of generic curriculum against individual brilliance.

A Principal's Seat

As a Principal, I pushed teachers to deliver, chased results at the administrative level, sat in the meetings where numbers mattered more than names. And I watched, slowly, institutional structures stop caring about real, deep learning — scaling enrollment, not understanding.

A Teacher's Seat

As a teacher, I never left. It's the seat I keep returning to, because it's the one where I can still do the actual work — 90% of my students earn A or A*, not because of a system, but because I know every one of their names.

04 — THE NEXT CHAPTER

Why This Exists Now

I've taught in schools. I've run schools. I've seen how students get left behind. Schools are scaling numbers, not understanding students. Teachers are stuck in outdated systems. And too many students never get the attention they need. I don't have the time to fix the entire system. But I do have the experience to change outcomes — one student at a time. This is my way of giving back.

I'm not a retired Principal looking to fill his days. I'm a teacher who still has a lot to offer, and I've built a system — using AI — that lets me scale what I've always done without losing the part that actually works: knowing every student's name.
