Your details are used to schedule classes, send session recordings, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Mentor Chat Data
Questions asked in Mentor Chat are stored to improve answer quality and are reviewed periodically by Sir Daud. They are not shared outside The BIO Mentor.
4. Payment Information
Payments are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store your full card or account details on our own servers.
