1. Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants access to live group or private sessions, recordings, the Learning Hub, and Mentor Chat for the duration of your active subscription. The 10-seat cap on group batches is enforced strictly and cannot be exceeded.
2. Conduct & Recordings
Live sessions are recorded for enrolled students' personal revision use only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of any class recording, note, or past paper is not permitted.
3. Payments
Monthly fees are due at the start of each batch cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension of access until the balance is settled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
4. Free Resources
The Learning Hub's MCQ Library, Notes, and Past Papers are free to browse. Downloadable versions may require an email or WhatsApp number, not payment.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of The BIO Mentor after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
